Competitions are open to entrants over the age of 18 years.

The prize will be awarded to the winning entrant and cannot be transferred.

The competition expiry date will appear on the entry form and no extension will be permitted.

One entry per email address is permitted, unless specified otherwise.

SMS’s are charged at standard rates.

Multiple SMS entries are permitted.

Club Travel competitions are not open to Club Travel employees, branded/non-branded franchise employees, ITCs, suppliers and/or their family members.

No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by Club Travel within six (6) months of winning the same, or any other, competition hosted partly or in whole by Club Travel.

Prize draws will occur on the date as specified on the entry form; winners will be notified by telephonic communication within five (5) working days of the prize draws.

The winner of the prize will be the first entry drawn after the closing date.

Prizes will be awarded on the basis of a fair random selection process and the judges’ decision shall be final.

In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, Club Travel reserves the right to disqualify such winner from the competition and to draw another winner in his or her stead.

The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The winner of a travel prize, and his or her travel partner, must each be in possession of a valid passport and must be permitted to travel to the specified destination by the relevant authorities. The winner shall forfeit the prize in the event that for any reason whatsoever, the winner is prevented or unable to travel to the specified destination.

The winner of the prize and his or her travel partner agree to be photographed and permit the use of their respective names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.

By participating in this competition, the winner of the grand prize and his or her travel partner agree to release and hold Club Travel free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

Club Travel reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all winners agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Club Travel and it’s respective employees.

Club Travel’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Trading will apply in conjunction with these Competition Terms and Conditions.
